James Blunt

jamesbluntmoon1Moon Landing by James Blunt (Atlantic / Custard Records)

Moon Landing is the fourth album by James Blunt. It’s an album about first loves , dreams, longing for things to happen or to come and then learning to be comfortable with how things really are. At times it’s also about looking in the mirror and seeing the boy you were, and who the man you are. The CD shows how James Blunt is learning to be comfortable with flaws and all.

James Blunt is looking on here how to achieve getting back to basics and rediscovering music to communicate emotion directly and honestly, without polishing or complicating things. You can say this CD hits a raw but true meaning to who James Blunt really is.  My favorite songs on the album are Face The Sun, Miss America, Bones, and Satellites.
