Today, Orange County, CA’s Movements has premiered their emotional new single “Nineteen“.

The track is from the band’s debut EP Outgrown Things, which is set to release March 11th and is available for pre-order now at MovementsOfficial.com. Both singles “Kept” and “Nineteen” will be available as an instant download for all fans that pre-order the new album.

Lead singer Patrick Miranda explains, “My dad and I have had a really rocky relationship for as long as I can remember. He’s always expected a lot out of me, and I haven’t always been able to live up to those expectations. ‘Nineteen‘ is basically my anger and frustration regarding my relationship with my dad, put in a song.”
