Cloud Records Signs The History of Hope

thohnews1Cloud Records (Sub Label of We Are Triumphant Records) is proud to announce the signing of Casper, Wyoming based Melodic Hardcore band The History of Hope, and the release of their debut EP entitled “The Fifth Season” on May 21st, 2013. “The Fifth Season” was recorded at All Poetic Audio in Scotland, South Dakota with engineer/producer Jeremy Schaeffer (Sorry, No Sympathy, Lighthouses, Sovls), and was mixed and mastered at JTW Recordings in Hubertus, Wisconsin (Serianna, Rosaline, Mechanical Kids).

The Fifth Season is a very strong, streamlined, and insightful record that also hits very hard, but yet maintains an emotional quality to it that we know people are going to love”, comments Cloud Records Manager Dylan Lott. “We have known about The History of Hope for quite a while, and greatly enjoyed them musically both through their previous demos, and their high energy live performances, and have long respected their work ethic and what they have been able to accomplish for themselves regionally. We very excited to add them to our roster, and we know people are really going to enjoy The Fifth Season.”
