When Motörhead’s legendary frontman Lemmy saw BARB WIRE DOLLS live at Whisky A Go-Go back in 2015, he immediately took them under his wing and signed them personally to the Motörhead Music record label. After years of performing on stages across the world, fans will see the five-piece rock band from Crete, Greece performing at the biggest punk show of them all – the 2017 Vans Warped Tour, presented by Journeys!

BARB WIRE DOLLS will tour with Vans Warped Tour all summer long, beginning June 16 through August 6, on the Skullcandy Stage. Tickets are on sale now via See below for a full listing of BARB WIRE DOLLS tour dates.

Frontwoman Isis Queen says: “Vans Warped Tour is where we will reach the youth who have the potential to change the world. It’s time to inspire, and activate their thunder!”

The Vans Warped Tour is well known as America’s longest running touring music festival of the summer. Since 1995, the tour has been a showcase for both established and up and coming talent, across a wide range of eclectic sub-genres. The tour has also cemented its place in history by bringing alternative rock and skate culture from the underground to the forefront of global youth culture, while at the same time helping those in need through non-profit and eco initiatives.

In celebration of today’s announcement, BARB WIRE DOLLS are pleased to reveal their brand new music video for their track, “Desperate“. Taken from their full-length 2016 Motörhead Music release of the same name, the “Desperate” video is an edgy and somewhat restless experience for the viewer. Let BARB WIRE DOLLS permeate your “personal bubble” – watch “Desperate” here:

New album Desperate available now:

BARB WIRE DOLLS will return, once again, to the Whisky A Go-Go every Monday night this coming April along with five other personally handpicked, powerful, rockin’ female fronted bands: Svetlanas, Vigil Of War, earthsleep, New Evil and Turbulent Hearts. The shows are free entrance for anyone over 21 and all ages are welcome. BARB WIRE DOLLS set time is 9:30pm sharp.

The band is looking forward to this residency and the opportunity to showcase the power of females in rock, as right now, taking a stand for equality matters more than ever. Isis Queen says: “Thanks to the political and social climate in America, people are voicing their opinions louder than before. With a need to speak up for themselves, female-fronted bands are gaining more and more power each day in the rock world. It’s time again for a big change, a new movement, because I’m fed up and ready to shake things up.”

Fronted by the charismatic powerhouse Isis Queen, BARB WIRE DOLLS relocated in late 2010 to Los Angeles after being discovered by legendary KROQ DJ Rodney Bingenheimer who was playing their music non-stop on his Rodney On The Roq radio show. The band’s debut American show sold out The Roxy Theatre, and since then, BARB WIRE DOLLS have played in 24 countries around the world with over 800 shows under their belt. Electrifying rock of this magnitude did not go unnoticed by the elder statesman of the Sunset Strip, the incomparable, irreplaceable Lemmy Kilmister of Motörhead. After seeing BARB WIRE DOLLS live, Lemmy took an immediate interest in the band and placed them under his supportive wing.

Don’t miss this band that critics, fans and rock icons alike consider the bright new future of rock and roll!
