“So many people feel trapped and stuck in place. Whether its myself, friends, or family, its a powerless feeling, like being a victim to the hand you’ve been dealt. This song goes out to anyone that feels like their fate has been decided for them, because it hasn’t. There is always time to change, grow, and leave the past behind for a better future. There’s no fate, but what we make.” – Rocom / Throwlight
Hailing from South Orange County, the members of Throwlight have formed deep bonds that resonate through their music. Fronted by underground rap phenom Rocom and backed by the diverse talents of Kevin Betz, Chris Ellis, and King of Somewhere, the band’s sound is a potent fusion of alt-metal, hip-hop, and hardcore. Throwlight’s unique style keeps fans engaged with its raw intensity, driven by Rocom’s unapologetic and streetwise delivery, melding the grit of hip-hop with the aggression of metal and hardcore.
With the buzz surrounding their debut singles and its accompanying music video for “Back Down”, “No Fate” is set to take things to the next level. Throwlight is carving out their own lane in the crowded music landscape, and they’re not just a band to watch — they’re ready to dominate.
