Jensen Gering: The NAMM Show 2025 Interviews

Jensen Gering is a 16-year-old performer who has been making quite a name for himself in the acting and music industry.  Best known for his lead role on the Nickelodeon series Erin & Aaron, Jensen has been playing quite a few shows in the Los Angeles area as of late.  Jensen has performed at legendary venues such as the Whisky A Go-Go and The Troubadour.  At The NAMM Show, Jensen would make appearances at both the Ernie Ball and Highwire Daze booths. dazzling audiences with his dynamic vocals and supreme guitar skills.  Highwire Daze caught up with Jensen Gering at The Anaheim Convention Center for a brief interview to discuss the current happening of a brilliant career on the rise.  Read on…

We’re here with Jensen Gering at The NAMM Show. What have you been working on these days?
I’ve just been trying to write the best songs that I can. I’m finally getting into the studio, which is super exciting. And I was about to do a Troubadour show but cancelled it due to the L.A. wildfires. My heart goes out to everyone who was affected and involved with that. But many more shows to come soon for sure.

What are you most excited about being here at NAMM today?
I’m super excited that I got to work with Ernie Ball, and I got to work with Highwire Daze. I got to play at both places. I’ve been going around, jamming with random people. The environment – the community here is so great!

Do you still get recognized for your show Erin & Aaron on Nickelodeon?
I did! I was playing a guitar booth, and we started a jam session, and one of the owners of the pop-up shop was saying that “Are you the guy from that show?” because his daughter watched it. People still recognize me, which is awesome! It’s still on Netflix to this day, which is awesome!

What could one expect from a live Jensen Gering show?
One could expect a lot of energy. I bring a ton of energy to the stage, even if it’s just me and my buddies up there playing. It means the world to me, and I feel that I convey that through my emotions and the music that I play.

Do you have any messages for your fans who are reading this right now?
Man, I’m just so excited for what’s to come. Stick along for the journey. Thank you, guys!
