The Vans Warped Tour 2025 Interviews – If Not For Me
The Vans Warped Tour 2025 Interviews – If Not For Me
The sun‑bleached pavement of Long Beach is buzzing again as Vans Warped Tour roars back to life in 2025, and few artists embody that full‑circle moment quite like Patrick Glover of If Not For Me. For a kid who once stood in the crowd dreaming of a shot at this legendary tour, stepping onto the Warped stage isn’t just another date on the calendar—it’s the realization of something he thought had slipped away forever.
Fresh off a whirlwind run on the Summer School Tour and still riding the shockwave of “Feel Me Now” crossing fourteen million streams, Patrick arrives with the humility and the fire of a vocalist who knows his band is just getting started. From unexpected collaborations to life‑changing European tours, he’s carrying a year’s worth of momentum straight into the heart of Warped Tour’s rebirth.
In this conversation, Patrick opens up about childhood dreams, creative evolution, and the lessons learned from life on the road—offering a candid look at a band stepping confidently into their next chapter.

I’m Patrick Glover, and I sing for the band.
What are you looking forward to most about Vans Warped Tour this year?
Honestly, it’s a childhood dream come true. Ever since I started playing music, Warped Tour was something I always hoped to be part of. When it went away in 2019, I figured it just wasn’t in the cards for me. But I held onto a little hope that maybe someday it would return—and now that it’s back, it’s surreal to actually be here.
Do you have any favorite Warped Tour memories from the past?
I got into music a little later than I wish I had, so I only caught a few of the last Warped Tours. But one of my favorite sets ever was Ice Nine Kills—right around when Every Trick in the Book came out. Their production was insane, the energy was unreal, and I fell in love with that band that day.

It’s been amazing. We weren’t sure how we’d be received since we’re the heaviest band on the tour, but it’s actually worked in our favor. We get to set the energy bar, and because the lineup is so diverse, we’re converting a lot of people who might not have known us before. All the artists and crew have been awesome—everyone makes things so easy. We’re having a great time.
What’s the name of your new single?
The one coming out soon? We honestly don’t know yet. We’re still deciding. It might be called “Retrograde,” but we’ll see.
Let’s talk about “Say It to My Face” with Left to Suffer. What inspired that one?
We’d written a lot of sad, relationship‑focused songs on the last couple albums, so this time we wanted something more aggressive and in‑your‑face. And with a title like “Say It to My Face,” it doesn’t get more direct than that. We were aiming for high energy, and I think it came out super sick.
And how did the collaboration with Taylor Barber of Left To Suffer come together?
Totally organically. Our producer, Hiram Hernandez, asked if he could bring in his friend Taylor to help write. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but people forget—yeah, Taylor’s an insane deathcore vocalist, but he can sing and write melodies too. He helped with melodies and lyrics, and when we got to the breakdown, he started scatting ideas. At one point he said, “Man, I might as well be on the song.” I called our A&R guy Nico immediately. It all just fell into place.

It’s about those people who always have something to say about you—until you’re standing right in front of them. It’s channeling that frustration into something loud and unapologetic.
Let’s talk about the Make Them Suffer / Resolve / Conjurer European tour. What was that experience like?
Honestly, life‑changing. Total culture shock in the best way. Since it was our first time in Europe, my goal was to see as much as possible—we were waking up early every day to explore. And it was wild being so far from home and having people care about our band. All the bands on the tour were incredible to us, and we learned so much. It’s something I’ll never forget.
“Feel Me Now” has over fourteen million plays on Spotify. What does a number like that mean to you?
It’s wild. I remember when it crossed a million and we were blown away—we didn’t expect it to do that well. I try not to focus on numbers because what matters is the connection with fans. But sometimes it’s hard not to look and feel proud. There are songs I grew up loving that have fewer plays than ours, and that’s surreal. Watching that number climb over the last year and a half has meant so much to us.
Any new music on the horizon?
Very soon. The plan is to debut a new song at Louder Than Life in September. We should have at least two singles out by the end of the year. We’re sitting on a lot of material and we’re eager to release it.

Learn from the veteran bands. Watch what they do, ask questions, pay attention. When we toured with Set It Off, they taught us so much. A lot of established bands are willing to help younger bands if you’re respectful and not intrusive. Build relationships. Treat people well. You’ll learn a ton that way.
Any messages for If Not For Me fans reading this?
Absolutely. New music is coming, and we’re really excited about it. We’re experimenting with sounds you haven’t heard from us before. 2026 is going to be a huge year—new singles, a new album, a lot of music we can’t wait to share. Thank you for sticking with us.
In Conclusion
As Warped Tour’s return electrifies Long Beach, If Not For Me stands at a pivotal moment—one built on relentless touring, fearless experimentation, and a fanbase that continues to grow far beyond anything Patrick ever imagined. With new music on the horizon, a bold shift in sound, and a 2026 album already taking shape, the band is gearing up for their most ambitious era yet.
Patrick’s gratitude is unmistakable, but so is his hunger. If the past few years have proven anything, it’s that If Not For Me thrives on momentum—and right now, they’re moving faster than ever. For longtime fans and brand‑new converts alike, the next chapter promises to be louder, heavier, and more dynamic than anything they’ve released before.
