Melodic Hard Rocker’s Love In Chains announce new album, “Good Lovin,” set for October 16th release. Built on the foundation of the previous albums, Love In Chains brings a tighter, more polished production with “Good Lovin;” 10 tracks that bring the heavy as well as the melodic. The new album incorporates the tasty and memorable choruses, big hooks and robust production that will appeal to the younger fans while still acknowledging the classic roots. The 1st single, “Good Lovin,” brings the mainstream element, catchy hook and a fun loving vibe that just scratches the surface of the total album package.
Founder Mike Floros: “I was rummaging through my DAW for unfinished songs. As I went through them, named “Project 1, 2,” etc, I stumbled across “Good Lovin’.” It was completely done, musically. I just completely forgot about it. I sent it to Rob, and he responded, “Dude, that’s really good.” Within a half hour, I had the lyrics written. Rob refined them when he tracked vocals, and voila! From forgotten song to album title and leadoff single!“
Highly inspired by the likes of KISS, Firehouse, Europe, Winger, Warrant, Whitesnake, Dokken, and Stryper, Love In Chains has the heart and soul to heat up the new generation of hard rock fans.
Love in Chains is best defined as Unapologetic throwback hard rock — heavy riffs, bombastic drums, soaring vocals, and heavenly harmonies. This is the music of your youth, modernized. Building on the success of their previous album “Everyday Heroes,” the band has set their sights on further reaching the global masses with a more robust and powerful production. Packing the Power, Grace and Intensity, Love In Chains is an unapologetic throwback to a time when heavy guitar riffs, bombastic drums, soaring vocals, and heavenly harmonies dominated the airwaves.
Initially a project of guitarist Mike Floros (SteelCity) and vocalist Rob Kane (Apocalyptic Lovers), the two men quickly realized they were onto something very special. They enlisted Mike’s trusted production team of Ty Sims and Erik Johnson to help round out the sound that would become Love In Chains. Their creative input helped elevate the band’s sound and presence.
Love In Chains realizes that the number one way to engage with its fans is live performance. Looking to the immediate future, the band plans to play select shows to support their music. One step at a time, one show at a time, they intend to win over those who’ve supported their musical releases — with power, grace, and intensity.
