Sleeptalk Release New Single “Apart From You”

Southern Californian quintet Sleeptalk have released their longing, road-worn single “Apart From You.” The spacey, indie-pop track was written about being on tour and being away from normal life. If you close your eyes, you can almost visualize yourself sitting in a passenger seat, driving down the highway and watching the exit signs fly by you.
“Apart From You” premiered with Music Crowns who say the song “encapsulates the feeling of escapism that comes with being on the road – a hazy, dream-like indie melody that wouldn’t be amiss on a road trip soundtrack.“
“When you’re on the road, it’s so hard to stay in contact with your loved ones,” says vocalist Anthony Fitzpatrick. “You start to forget the way things are, the way people look, talk etc and vice versa. This song is an ode to those relationships.“
“Apart From You” was spun on LA’s world famous KROQ station as part of their “Locals Only” program. Sleeptalk will be performing on a KROQ-sponsored show on December 7th with American reality TV personality and clothing designer Paul Abrahamium AKA Van Alden (known for Big Brother and related spin-offs).
