Cooper Turnbull at Bar Lubitsch – Live Review

On Thursday June 19th, I had the opportunity to go see Cooper Turnbull perform with WFNM at Bar Lubitsch in Hollywood, CA.

A quaint little bar tucked away, with a 70’s esthetic once you walk in the venue.

It was my second time seeing Cooper perform live, and of course he blew me away. Cooper has a very soft but powerful and soulful tone in every song he sings. I love that he incorporates his acoustic guitar and brings that extra ounce of pure magic.

Cooper reminds me a lot of a combination of Jack Johnson and John Mayer. While most of his songs are more emotional, you definitely can feel each emotion through each song.

I love that all his songs he writes himself and takes life experiences and incorporates those experiences in his song writing process. I can’t wait to see him perform again and see what the future holds for him.
