Pride & Joy Music experienced a banner year in 2024 with standout releases from melodic rock acts such as Danger Zone, Nationwide, and Winding Road. And now with Becoming The Enemy by Trishula, the esteemed label is kicking off the New Year with a bang! Trishula is the creation of UK guitarist and songwriter Neil Fraser, who has previously worked with the likes of TEN, Rage of Angels/Ged Rylands (Tyketto), and the late great Tony Mills (TNT, SHY). Becoming The Enemy is the fourth masterwork from Trishula, and it’s jam packed with instantly memorable songs destined to be on the playlists of many an AOR fanatic.

In addition to the wonderful, imaginative work of Neil Fraser, Trishula includes the participation of Welsh vocalist Jason Morgan, who contributes vibrantly captivating vocals to the proceedings. Also found within the membership of Trishula are Magnum keyboard player Rick Benton and Neil Ogden from the one and only Demon on drums. Songs such as Wardance (Long Live The Rising) and Will Heaven Ever Give Us What We Need are genre classics for the next generation of melodic rock. What a fantastic way to kick the off 2025! Here’s hoping Trishula play some shows here in the USA!
