Kryolith at The Whisky – Live Review

Kryolith at The Whisky – Live Review

Kryolith, The Whisky, West Hollywood, CA, February 1, 2025

On February 1st, 2025 I went to the Whisky a Go Go in Hollywood to support my friend’s band, and heard through another friend that this band was making their debut. I was about to leave the venue when the guitarist asked if I could capture some photos, of course I couldn’t say no. Their name is Kryolith – members that performed last night were Dylan Bryce, Cross Tinoco, Dale Rizzo, and Maxx Rinkus. Newest members Dylan as lead singer, and Dale on guitar brought their own unique style to the band.

This young rock metal band brought an intense energy to the Whisky a Go Go stage. Contagious energy, and the crowd was loving every moment, every song, and everyone wanted an encore. Kryolith did an absolutely amazing job, and I can’t wait to see them again. These young guys have an energy that is unmatched and you can tell these guys bring out the best in each other, and feed off each other’s energy.

They did a full set which included original written songs, as well as a couple covers, including a cover of a song from the band Creed. The energy in the crowd was completely focused on them, engaged in each song they performed, some dancing, singing along. If you are looking for a newer band to start following, go check out these young guys.
