Little Image – The Echo – Los Angeles, CA – June 12, 2026
little image brought their Kill The Ghost Tour into the heart of Los Angeles, packing The Echo to capacity for a night that felt equal parts communal celebration and emotional catharsis. The massively talented core trio — Troy Bruner, Jackson Simmons, and Brandon Walters — delivered a set that pulled heavily from their newly released Kill The Ghost full‑length while revisiting highlights from an already impressive catalog.
They opened with the vibrant, shimmering pulse of Mr. Cynical, immediately locking the room into their world before shifting into the deceptively buoyant Novacain. Within minutes, little image had the crowd in the palm of their hand — not with spectacle, but with sincerity, precision, and a sound that hits straight to the heart.
One of the night’s most striking elements was the use of a holographic projection machine, casting surreal, dreamlike visuals across the stage and deepening the emotional texture of each song. And then there was drummer Troy Bruner, performing the entire show one‑handed due to a broken hand — a feat of sheer passion, grit, and artistry. His performance alone could have brought the room to its knees.
As if the night needed more character, a girl wearing a rabbit head appeared at the front of the stage — a playful nod to the Kill The Ghost cover art and a perfect symbol of the band’s off‑kilter charm.
The setlist kept the momentum soaring, with Blue, Ego, and Run For Forever landing with undeniable emotional weight. A standout moment came when little image left the stage entirely, performing Out Of My Mind and Real Estate from the back of the room at eye level with the crowd — a spontaneous, intimate gesture that made the venue feel like a living, breathing extension of the band.
Returning to the stage, they closed the night with a knockout trio: Bottles, The Reaper, and the should‑be‑everywhere hit Kill The Ghost, sending the room into a final, euphoric release.
In addition to Troy’s amazing one-handed drumming, Jackson Simmons poured heart and soul into every vocal line and guitar flourish, while Brandon Walters anchored the entire experience with warm, pulsing bass and synth textures. After the final note, the band stepped outside to meet fans, sign merch, and share genuine moments of gratitude — a reminder that little image’s connection to their audience runs deep.
An unforgettable night from a band with a lowercase name and an ALL‑CAPS future.
