Hanabie. North American Tour at The Belasco – Live Review

HANABIE. 2026 NORTH AMERICA TOUR, The Belasco, Los Angeles, CA., April 11, 2026

The final nights of the HANABIE. 2026 North America Tour at The Belasco felt less like a concert and more like a victory lap for one of heavy music’s most innovative rising acts. Fans filled the venue early, buzzing with anticipation after weeks of soldout shows across the continent. With Nekrogoblikon and Enterprise Earth joining the finale, the night promised a rare blend of chaos, humor, technical mastery, and emotional release. As the lights dimmed and the crowd roared, it became clear that this wasn’t just the end of a tour—it was the culmination of a movement that had grown city by city.

Hanabie.

Hanabie. exploded onto The Belasco stage with a burst of color, energy, and genredefying confidence, instantly transforming the room into a whirlwind of sound and spectacle. Their fusion of metalcore aggression, Jpop brightness, hyperpop glitch, and animestyled theatrics felt even more electrifying live. Yukina’s vocal control was astonishing—effortlessly leaping from sugary melodies to razorsharp screams with precision that left the crowd stunned. Matsuri’s guitar work cut through the mix with playful yet technically sharp riffs, while Hettsu and Chika anchored the chaos with punchy, danceable rhythms that kept the floor moving nonstop.

What truly set their performance apart was the band’s charisma. Hanabie. don’t simply play songs—they radiate joy, mischief, and total ownership of their identity. Every breakdown, glitchy electronic burst, and sudden stylistic shift felt intentional and unmistakably theirs. The crowd responded with equal enthusiasm, shouting, moshing, and dancing through every twist. As the final shows of the tour (we show April 11th), the band performed with a sense of celebration and gratitude, clearly aware of the moment’s significance. By the end of their set, one thing was undeniable: Hanabie. aren’t just rising stars—they’re reshaping the boundaries of heavy music with fearless creativity.

Nekrogoblikon

Nekrogoblikon unleashed their signature blend of melodic death metal, absurd humor, and theatrical chaos, instantly shifting the night into fullscale celebration. Their razorsharp riffs, infectious synth lines, and tight musicianship created a foundation for pure, gleeful mayhem. John Goblikon’s antics—darting across the stage, interacting with fans, and amplifying every breakdown—added a layer of unpredictable charm that only they can deliver. The band struck a perfect balance between technical precision and comedic spectacle, giving the crowd a chance to laugh, scream, and headbang all at once. Their set was a riotous, unforgettable burst of energy that perfectly set the tone for the night.

Enterprise Earth

Enterprise Earth delivered a crushing wave of technical deathcore intensity that grounded the evening in sheer heaviness. Their performance was a masterclass in precision—intricate riffs, thunderous drumming, and vocals that shifted seamlessly from guttural depth to piercing clarity. The band commanded the stage with a seriousness that contrasted beautifully with the tour’s more playful elements, reminding the audience of the emotional weight and raw power heavy music can carry. Each song felt like a controlled detonation, executed with discipline and conviction. Their set didn’t just warm up the room—it reshaped it, leaving the crowd braced and buzzing for Hanabie.’s explosive finale.

Outro

As the final notes faded and fans spilled into the Los Angeles night, it was clear that this tour had been something extraordinary. Three distinct bands—each with their own identity, their own fanbase, and their own gravitational pull—came together to create a night that felt unpredictable, joyful, and deeply memorable. Hanabie. closed their North American run not just with a performance, but with a declaration: the future of heavy music is wide open, and they intend to shape it. The Belasco crowd left buzzing, knowing they had witnessed the end of a tour—but the beginning of something far bigger.
