What in the world do you have when a band featuring members of Geoff Tate/Queensryche and Air Supply join together do a show supporting new wave sensations Missing Persons? Talk about roller-skating through a kaleidoscopic of talent and genres! Meet Diane & The Deductibles – a dynamic blues rock collective ready to take you on a sonic adventure!

They’ve opened for the likes of The Babys and Ambrosia, and on this Friday night at The Rose in Pasadena, Diane & The Deductibles would find themselves on the bill with the legendary Dale Bozzio and Missing Persons.  With another opening act amongst the MIA, Diane & The Deductibles found themselves blessed with a longer than usual set, and made the most out of this opportunity to enrapture the earlier arrivals ready for some rock and roll mental hopscotch.

Robert Sarzo of Diane & The Deductibles

First and foremost we have Diane Adams front and center – alluring voice and dynamo stage presence – delivering the goods in a grand and rapturous way. And if this isn’t enough to captivate your attention, the rest of the Deductibles are sure to seal the deal! Ms. Adams surrounds herself with an absolutely first rate band, including the participation of her husband Cliff Rehrig on bass, who spent a good amount of time touring the world with the iconic Air Supply.

And did I mention that the one and only Robert Sarzo was in the band too? Yes, THE Robert Sarzo – of Geoff Tate/Queensryche and Hurricane fame – lending his supreme talents on lead guitar! Fellow guitarist Keith Lynch has worked with Bill Ward of Black Sabbath infamy and drummer Ronnie Ciago has a vast list of credits that would pummel the senses. Together, Diane & The Deductibles present a treasure trove of material that only a band of this magnitude could unleash.

Standout selections such as Frontline and Light Of The Moon surely impressed a quickly burgeoning audience ready to otherwise take a trip on memory lane while singing the refrains of Walking In L.A. There is no doubt that Diane & The Deductibles added to their fan base on this wild and unexpected night within the hallowed walls of The Rose in Pasadena!
